During November and December, our workers want to say thank you for giving to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering.
As we reconnect with old friends or keep in contact with those who have already been supporters, we know they are already thinking of us as they give to Lottie Moon. We are thankful for this organizational effort that connects the U.S. supporters to us for prayer and giving. We know that this greatly impacts our daily life.
The spiritual language training that has been provided has been a blessing to our work. After each class, we feel better equipped and encouraged to share about our Savior. As we return to our home, He always provides many opportunities for us to use what we have learned.
We are thankful for those provided to help in medical emergencies. My wife went into short-term labor and we had to leave from a remote village city in the middle of the night. People helped us make the proper decisions, met us at the airport, and arranged for our emergency visit along with many other details. We are so thankful for these people in support roles because we know in desperate times such as this, they are God’s instruments of help and comfort.
Thank you for providing these “support blocks” in our lives. All of these things help us focus on the main task of dwelling in Him and sharing Him with a lost people. We are so thankful that we can live in the confidence of this type of support system.
